Distance-Running; in particular marathon-running, wouldn't be the same if it weren't for one fantastic
group of people...........my family and friends!!! Through the time when I didn't know what I was feeling
was depression; to when I was diagnosed with depression, to when I finally overcame depression -
these wonderful people have ALWAYS been there for me. As a result, I carry their love, care and
support with me not only at every marathon, but every training run that I "embark" on so that I can do
my best to represent the love and care they showed me, to do the best at each "competition."
These friends also include those less fortunate from countries such as El Salvador, Honduras,
Nicaragua, Mexico and even Appalachia and Camden, NJ where I have been blessed to serve.
As a result, I leave these pictures as a testimonial page to my family and friends. I know that had it not
been for you, your love, care and support - not only would I NOT be running marathons; but I probably
wouldn't be here! So please know that each step that I take, you take with me! I love you guys!!!
